Tender and juicy without oven Chicken Kabab that melts in the mouth and tastes heavenly. These Chicken Kabab are soft tender juicy and made without an oven. Most of the Chicken Kabab recipes are the skewed and grilled or tandoori variety where the chicken chunks are marinated in special spices and then grilled on skewers or cooked in tandoor.

This soft chicken kabab recipe is quite different.

How are these juicy chicken kabab made?

These kababs are very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

Basic ingredients are boneless chicken pieces , cheese , cream , onions ,coriander and mint leaves, pepper powder ,egg and salt.

In food processor
All ingredients are added in food processor jar.

Blended
Blended to a fine paste.
Paste
Keep the above mix in a fridge for atleast 2 hours to make the mix firm , so it can be given a shape easily.
Oval shape
Grease your palm with oil and give it a oval shape.
Roast
Grease the hot griddle with oil and place the oval shaped chicken kabab on the hot griddle.
Roast on all sides
Turn and roast on all sides properly.
Clean the griddle
Scrape the burns from the griddle before placing the next batch.

Cooking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 25 min

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken 300 gm
  • Onion 2 Big Grated
  • Egg 1
  • Cream 3 Tablespoon
  • Cheese Grated ½ Cup
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped ¼ Cup
  • Mint Leaves ¼  Cup
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil 3 to 4 Tablespoon
  • Salt as taste taste

Instructions:

  1. Minced Chicken in the food processor with all ingredients till fine paste.
  2. Keep chicken mince in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. It is necessary to keep the mince in the fridge for a few hours as it makes the dough firm and makes it easy to give a shape.
  4. Heat nonstick pan add 2 tbsp oil, put oil on palm make small balls out of mince, and give oval shape with hand.
  5. Shallow fry turning in between till light brown.
  6. Serve with schezwan sauce or green chutney.
