Strawberry Dessert

Here I have shared an eggless creamy Strawberry Dessert served in a glass made with fresh strawberries.
Many of us love strawberries! Why not enjoy delighting your family with strawberry dessert.
This homemade fresh Strawberry Dessert is so delicious! Made from fresh ingredients and no additives or artificial colouring. Makes a great dessert.
There is nothing better than a creamy, smooth strawberry dessert, that is also homemade.
If you are used to buying the instant pudding mixes, definitely you must try this homemade recipe, I am sure you won’t go back to those packets ever again!

In this recipe
Dissolve custard powder in cold milk add sugar and boil till thick.Dissolve gelatine in hot water add to the custard blend well .Add cream and chopped strawberries blend for a minute. Grate beetroot , extract few drops of beetroot juice and add to the thick milk to give it a nice pink colour.
Grind dates almonds pistachio with 1 tbsp milk or water , set in dessert bowl (around 1 cm thick)press.Put in freezer for 15 min.
Add pink colour custard on top of the dry fruit layer top with chopped strawberries.
Top with the pink custard.
Top with biscuit dipped in coffee ,dust with cocoa powder and garnish with strawberry. Refrigerate for 2 – 3 hrs ,Serve chill.

Ingredients:
- Milk 750ml
- Custard powder 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Cream 250gm
- Sugar 60gm
- Digestive Biscuits 8 to10
- Instant Coffee 2 Tablespoon
- Hot water ½ Cup
- Dates Almond Pistachio 100gm
- Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
- Strawberry finely chopped ½ Cup
- Few drops of Beetroot Juice for colour (optional)
Instructions:
- Grind dates almond pistachio with 1 Tbsp milk or water. Set in a big or small individual dessert bowl (around 1 cm thick), press. Put in the freezer for 15 min.
- Mix coffee in hot water.Keep aside.
- Combine custard powder in half cup milk. Stir till smooth.
- Add custard mixture sugar to the remaining milk, cook on medium heat, stirring till the milk boils and thickens. Let it cool.
- Combine gelatine and 4 tbsp hot water in a bowl, mix well add to custard beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Fold in the cream blend for a minute.
- Mix 1/4 cup chopped strawberries with custard, add few drops of beetroot juice to give it a light pinkish color.
- Add custard on top of the dry fruit layer. Add chopped strawberries in between the custard .Refrigerate for 1 – 2 hrs
- Dip biscuits in the coffee mixture put on top of the bowl.
- For garnishing, dust cocoa powder grate chocolate, add strawberry slices on top.
