Ring Shape Stuffed Bread

Ring Shape Stuffed Bread is easy to make just like normal bread but it is stuffed and given a ring shape.
A Ring Shape whole wheat bread is stuffed with cheese and vegetables made of wheat so nutritious and healthy.
Preparation Time: 20 min
Proofing Time: 1hr 30 min
Baking Time: 30 min
Total Time: 2 hr 20 min
Ingredients:
- 375 gm Wheat Flour
- 2 Teaspoon Dry Yeast
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Teaspoon Salt
- Warm water to make a soft dough
For Stuffing:
- Purple Cabbage shredded ½ Cup
- Capsicum finely chopped ¼ Cup
- Grated cheese ¼ Cup
- Black Pepper powder ¼ Tablespoon
- Salt as per Taste
- Butter 2 Tablespoon
Instructions:
For Stuffing
- Melt Butter add Capsicum saute for 2 to 3 Min.
- Add cabbage saute for a minute add cheese salt pepper mix properly. Cool
For Bread
- Ferment yeast in warm water with sugar for 10 Min. Refer to Whole Wheat Bread.
- Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Knead for 10 – 12 min . Add oil and Knead for 5 min.
- Keep the dough in an oiled bowl, cling it keep in a warm place for 30 – 40 min or till doubles.
- After it doubles punch lightly, roll into an oval roll (take out around 2-inch ball of dough for strips)
- Spread filling on one side, seal and roll the dough, give it a round shape. Put on a baking plate.
- Roll the 2-inch dough ball and cut it into strips, put strips on the ring dough at an equal interval.
- Brush with milk/butter, sprinkle onion seeds, and poppy seeds.
- Cover and keep the dough in at a warm place for 40-50 Min.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min with both rods on and another 10 min with only bottom rod on.
- Let it cool then slice.
- Serve with your favorite dip.
