Ingredients:
- Mutton Raan(Leg) 750 gm
- Ginger Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Green Chilly Paste 2 Tablespoon
- Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoon
- Curd ½ cup
- Salt as per Taste
Creamy Sauce Ingredients:
- Cheese ½ cup grated
- Cream ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves ½ cup
- Garlic chopped 1 Tablespoon
- White Pepper Powder 1Tablespoon
- Cloves 2
- Black Pepper 2
- Cinnamon Stick 1 inch
- Green Cardamom 2
- Salt
- Butter 2 Tablespoon
For Garnishing Ingredients:
- Steamed mixed vegetables
- Raw Vegetables
Instructions:
- Wash and dry mutton leg put slits on it.
- Marinate the leg in salt and lemon juice for 45 min
- Mix curd ginger garlic green chilli paste marinate the leg with this paste rub the paste in the slits marinate for 6 – 7 hrs.
- Cook the leg in a deep covered pan on a slow flame. The mutton will be cooked in its own juices, add little water if the liquid has dried up. Cook till mutton is soft.
- In another pan heat, butter add whole spice sauté for a minute add garlic sauté for a minute add coriander leaves sauté for a minute, add cheese once starts melting add milk and cream let it come to boil add salt and pepper mix properly boil for a minute off the flame.
- To serve put the mutton leg in a serving plate put vegetables pour hot sauce over it.

Nice and simple method no fuss or many ingredients
Where can I find green chili paste and curd? Or what would be decent substitutes? Also, what sort of cheese should I use?
Grind green chilli in mixer n curd is dahi or yogurt made from milk…cheese block or cubes just grate an use.
