Garlic Herb Egg Free Bread Roll

Soft and delicious Garlic Herb Egg Free Bread Roll with the flavor of garlic and herbs in every bite. These eggless garlic herbs egg-free bread rolls are made with whole wheat flour.
Different flavors of bread rolls can be made in this same way like cinnamon rolls pesto rolls schezwan rolls paneer rolls cheese rolls and even chocolate rolls with melted chocolate.

Here I have made these rolls with wheat flour , you can make with all purpose flour or half wheat flour and half refined flour choice is yours.
How these bread rolls are made?
1.Mix milk sugar and yeast, keep for 10 min. Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough. Refer details here to make a bread.
2.Cover and keep the dough in a warm place till doubles.
3.Mix butter garlic and finely chopped coriander leaves.
4. Roll dough in a round.
4.Apply the garlic herb filling.
5. Fold into half and cut 8 – 10 equal strips .
6.Take each strip , keeping one edge intact make two slits .
7.Roll the strip into a bun.Repeat with all strips.
8.Arrange all the buns in a baking tray .cover and keep in a warm place.
9. Keep till it doubles 45 min to 1 hour.
10. Brush with milk or butter and bake till brown

Proofing Time: 2 hours

Makes:8 – 10 buns
Ingredients
- 325 gm Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 Tsp Yeast
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Garlic Herb Spread
- 2 Tsp finely chopped or grated Garlic
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped Coriander Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Method - In a big bowl mix yeast sugar and milk cover, and keep for 10 minutes till frothy.
- Add flour and salt combine all ingredients to make a dough.
- Add butter mix well to make a soft dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes till the dough is soft, coat with oil, and cover with a cling.
- Keep aside in a warm place till doubles in size.
- Mix garlic butter and coriander leaves.
- Roll the dough , apply garlic butter evenly.
- Fold the dough in half.
- Cut 8 – 10 equal strips out of the dough.
- Take each strip, keeping one edge intact, make two slits.
- Roll the strip and tuck the end into the bottom.
- Place in a greased tray.
- Cover the tray and keep it aside till doubles.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C.
- Brush the rolls with butter or milk and bake for 20 minutes till brown.
- Serve hot.
