Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 3 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- A pinch of Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano or Dried Herbs
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 to 2 tbsp Honey

Method to make Mustard Sauce
- In a bowl, combine black and yellow mustard seeds.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar, ensuring it covers the seeds by half an inch. Stir well.
- Add a quarter cup of water to the mixture. Place it in the refrigerator for three days to allow the mustard seeds to soak up the water.
- After three days, the mustard seeds will have expanded.
- Transfer the soaked mustard seeds to a blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth paste, incorporating the vinegar and water thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- Transfer the mustard sauce to a clean, dry glass jar.
- Store it in the refrigerator, where it will keep well for 8 to 10 months.
