What is Baked Rasgullas ?
In Baked Rasgulla , the rasgullas are dipped in thickened milk in a baking dish and baked till a crunchy crust is formed on top.In this hot dessert Baked Rasgulla , you bite into a soft rasgulla with a crunchy milk layer which gives a rich flavor. Finally garnished with chopped pistachios and rose petals.

Baked Rasgullas is an authentic Bengali recipe that has been a favorite among all sweet lovers. This heavenly delight is made of rasgullas thickened milk sugar milk rosewater saffron and unsalted pistachios. It is a simple recipe and can easily be prepared at home.So what are you waiting for put on your apron and get set go.

Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- Rasgullas 6 – 8
- Milk 1 liters
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Milk Masala Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Pista Chips 1 Tablespoon
- Rose Water 2 Tsp
- Rose Petals few
- Saffron Strands few
Instructions:
- Boil the milk add milk masala powder and sugar, boil till it is reduced to little more than half. Keep stirring to prevent burning of milk at the bottom.
- In a baking dish or individual ovenproof bowls arrange rasgulla, pour thickened milk over it.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 – 20 min till the crusty light brown layer is formed on top.
- Garnish with crushed pistachio, saffron, and rose petals. Sprinkle rose water.
- Serve hot.
Note: You can increase or decrease sugar according to your taste.
