Baked Nariyal Paak (Coconut Fudge)

Baked Nariyal Paak (Coconut Fudge) is a delicious, classic, traditional, Indian sweet recipe made with fresh coconut khoya and sugar and then baked. Baked Nariyal Paak (Coconut Fudge) is be made with fresh coconut.
Nariyal is the Indian name for coconut. Festivals and coconut go hand in hand in India as every festival and occasion involves using coconut which is considered auspicious.
How is coconut fudge (nariyal paak ) made ?
It is an easy recipe where all ingredients,
Are added in a mixer jar.
Blended till smooth
And the mixture is poured into a baking tray and baked in an oven.
Let it cool ,cut into desired shapes.

Baking Time:20 min
Total Time: 25 min
Ingredients:
- Coconut 150gm
- Khoya (Mawa) 250gm
- Sugar powder 200gm
- Eggs 3
- Cardamom pd ½ Teaspoon
- Baking pd ½ Teaspoon
- Milk ½ Cup
Instructions:
- Take out the flesh from the coconut and grate the coconut pieces.
- All ingrediets coconut, milk, khoya, sugar, cardamom powder, egg, baking powder are blended to a smooth paste .
- Grease a baking dish of 10 x 8 inches. Pour the blended mixture into the grease baking dish.
- Tap the baking dish. Pre-heat the oven for 5-10 minutes at 160-degree centigrade.
- Place the baking tray inside the oven and bake for 20 minutes with both the rods on.
- To check if the fudge is baked ,poke a tooth pick ,if it comes out clean the fudge is baked, if the toothpick is sticky bake for another 5 minutes.
- The last 4 minutes bake with only the top rod on ,to give a brown tinge on the top.
- Cool and cut in desired shapes.
- It can be garnished with siced nuts like almond or pistachio.

Thanks for this. A bit confused about rods in the oven. What am I missing here?

Rods the heating element in the oven are at the top n bottom.
At times we just keep the top rods on only if we want to bake at the top and bottom rods to bake only the bottom part.
