Marble Bread

In Marble Bread chocolate flavor is added in plain whole wheat bread.
Lovely Chocolate swirls in normal Whole Wheat Bread, the bread is so tempting and delicious. Excellent treat for kids.
Preparation time: 30 min
Baking Time: 30 min
Proofing Time: 90 min
Total Time : 2 hrs 30 min
Ingredients:
Milk Dough:
- Wheat flour 250gm
- 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon Yeast
- 3/4 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Milk powder
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Warm milk as required to make both the dough
Chocolate Dough:
- Wheat flour 250gm
- 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon Yeast
- 3/4 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Milk powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Dark Chocolate 40gm
Instructions:
- Mix yeast and sugar for both dough seperately, add warm water let it bloom.Refer to Whole Wheat Bread
- Melt dark chocolate.
- Keep all ingredients for both the dough ready.
- Mix all the ingredients for milk dough except milk , add yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Add milk to make a soft dough
- Knead for 10 – 12 min. Keep in an oiled bowl and cover with cling. Keep in a warm place till doubles.
- Mix all the ingredients for chocolate dough except milk add yeast mixture.
- Add milk to make soft dough.
- Knead for 10 – 12 min. Keep in an oiled ball and cover with cling. Keep in a warm place till doubles.
- After dough doubles gently knead both dough for 1-2 min.
- Roll out milk dough.
- Make small 5 balls of chocolate dough and roll.
- Roll the milk dough properly
- Keep one chocolate roll on each end of milk dough, roll again place one chocolate roll on each side of milk dough and roll and place one in the center and roll. Roll the dough properly seal the edges.
- Put in 7 inch loaf tin, cover with cling, keep in a warm place till it doubles.
- Brush with egg or milk or butter
- Bake in a preheated oven, cover with foil and bake for 20 Min at 180 C with both rods on.
- Remove foil and bake for 10 min.
- Once done allow to cool completely before slicing.
