Stuffed Dried Date

Kharak (Dried Dates) filled n dipped in chocolate

INGREDIENTS

• Dried Dates 12-15
• Milk 1 cup
• Dark Cooking Chocolate 75 gm
• White Chocolate 50 gm
• Grated pista chips/badam chips 2 tsp
• Mint one small piece crushed

METHOD

• Wash dates drain out excess water. Boil 1 cup milk add dates and keep it for 5 to 6 hrs.
• Slit the dates from centre ,take out seed
• Melt white chocolate add grated nuts and fill in the dates.Keep in freezer for 1 hour.
• Melt dark chocolate add   mint whisk properly , dip dates in chocolate put on greased plate set in freezer.
• After 2 to 3 hrs take it out ,wrap in a cling and store in fridge.
