Quick and Simple Recipe For Easy Chicken
Easy Chicken Is a very easy and yummy recipe to make. It uses few ingredients easily available in our kitchen.
Here in this recipe, I have served chicken as a starter, This same recipe can also be served as a main course if you just add half a glass of water while the cooking is going on. Serve meat with gravy, it tastes yummy with hot butter garlic kulchas.
How to make this Easy Chicken ?
Clean and wash the chicken , drain out excess water. Marinate in salt and ginger garlic paste.
In a bowl add egg , curd , cream , tomato sauce , coriander powder , cumin powder , red chilli powder ,turmeric powder.
Whisk all ingredients together into a mixture.
Marinate the chicken with the mixture for 2 hours, marinate atleast for 30 minutes if you are short of time.Cover and cook on a low flame till chicken is tender.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Marination Time: 2 hours 30 minutes

Recipe
- Chicken Drumsticks 400gm
- Curd 50gm
- Cream 50gm
- Tomato Sauce 50 gm
- Eggs- 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Salt as per Taste
- Butter 2 to 3 Tablespoon
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method
- Clean and wash drumsticks , keep it in a strainer to drain out excess water , put cuts on the drumsticks .
- Add salt and ginger garlic paste to the drumsticks.
- Rub properly on the drumsticks and keep for 30 min.
- In a bowl whisk the egg, add curd, cream, tomato sauce, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder to the egg.
- Whisk all ingredients properly.
- Add this mixture to the meat mixture and mix properly.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Add butter , cover and cook on a slow flame with the marinade till the meat is tender.
- Gently stir in between once .
- Serve with marinade.
